1. PAYMENT METHODS
Through Paypal platform you can pay your order quickly, with security without additional costs. As an electronic payment, the transaction is done instantly. This ensures rapid processing of your order. A Paypal account is not necessary to pay through the platform.
Credit or Debit Card
You can use any of the main credit or debit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay) to carry out your order. Your details are safe with us as we take security very seriously. We also take fraud very seriously so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.
BCP account (only Peru)
To pay in Soles (only valid for Peru) contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to place your order, specifying the item you want to purchase. In the transfer, you must indicate again the specific product/products you are purchasing. Once the transfer has been done, we will proceed with the order and its shipping as usual.

2. SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Xapiri Ground is based in Cusco, Perú, and all orders are shipped directly from our headquarters in Cusco through DHL services.
We offer worldwide shipping. International and National shipping cost is included with your purchase.
Your shipment is prepared within a maximum period of one week. Delivery will depend on the country and customs controls, please allow up to 15 business days for arrival.

3. TAXES & CUSTOM policies
All shipments destined outside of Perú are entitled to import taxes and duty fees. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Xapiri has no control over this and can not be held as responsible for any of these fees or taxes, and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.
If a package is returned to Perú because the buyer did not claim it, Xapiri Ground will not send replacements.
If the receiver refuses to pay taxes or duties or refuses the delivery for any other reason, the item(s) will be returned to our headquarters in Cusco, Perú. And the order will be refunded only once the item is returned back, excluding return shipping fee and original shipping fee.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Xapiri Ground we do not accept refunds or exchanges.
We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of the purchased products unless there is a flaw in the product or an error in shipping. In this case, you must notify us within 24 hours after receiving the order to email@example.com with attached photos and a description of the default or mistake. After this period, we do not guarantee the acceptance of any return with tare or defect in the product.
After contacting us, we will indicate to you how to proceed with the return, which will take place through the insurance of our delivery company DHL.
5. PRIVACY POLICIES
When you purchase something from our online store www.xapiriground.org/shop, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
